“Cherry Watermelon Boba Mojito”
What You’ll Need:
Mayde Cherry Popping Boba
Cherries - 1 cup
Cherry syrup - 1 teaspoon
Watermelon - sliced into chunks
Lime - 1 wedge
Light rum - 2 ounces or to taste
Sparkling water
Light brown sugar - to taste
Steps:
1. Blend the cherries and watermelon chunks together until semi-smooth
2. Add sparkling water according to your desired volume and consistency. Then, sweeten to taste
3. Add the rum and cherry syrup for a richer dark-cherry taste. If you can get your hands on a “dark cherry syrup”, all the better
4. Squeeze a few drops of lime. Stir well
5. Gently drop the Mayde Cherry Popping Bobas into the drink
For a non-alcoholic “Fauxjito”, skip the rum part
Done! A cherry-watermelon cocktail-boba beverage to serve from the comfort of your home!
