What You’ll Need:

Fantasy Yuherbau Lychee Purée

Lychees - canned or fresh

Bananas - 2 pieces

Coconut Milk - canned or in packet

Brown Sugar - to taste

Salt - 1 pinch or to taste

Steps:

1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan

2. Once hot, add sugar and salt. Continue stirring. Turn the stove off right before the liquid comes to a boil.

3. Chill the coconut milk for a cold drink. Or use it as is for a steaming-hot beverage

4. Transfer the liquid into a blender. Blend with bananas and lychees

5. Add the Fantasy Yuherbau Lychee Purée according to taste. Mix well
